Why did my Amazon Fire Tablet Stop Working?

I am not able to connect my WiFi connection to Amazon Fire Tablet:  First of all, check all your internet connections. Double-check if your devices are connected properly with the WiFi. Connect your device to the internet properly.  Next, you have to check if you are on airplane mode. Turn it off. If still, you are facing the issue then restart the WiFi connection. Restart the modem. And at the end restart your fire tablet. If still there is a problem then you can contact the Amazon service center directly.


I am not able to connect my PC with Amazon Fire Tablet: If you are trying to transfer important files from your computer to the Amazon Fire Tablet but you are not able to connect your PC with the fire tablet then turn off both devices for some time. Now turn on your computer and fire tablet and transfer the files. You can transfer your files through another channel like Dropbox or if the files are smaller then you can email the files to yourself. You can transfer the files by using the USB as well.


Internal Error: Sometimes some internal error also occurs that interrupts the fire tablet from working. For these errors you have to check your connection, you need to restart your fire tablets, clear all the data, set up the time and date, etc. 


 My tablet is not getting charged: If your Amazon Fire Tablet is not getting properly charged then you need to shut down the tablet and plugin for charging. Use only the fire tablet wire to charge the device. Don’t use any other cable. It can cause problems. Connect all the wires properly. If you are still facing issues with the charging then contact Amazon for replacement.


The keyboard of my tablet is not working properly: Sometimes you want to type something else and it shows a different result. That might be an issue with your tablet keyboard. Clean your tablet screen. Use a screen protector to protect your fire tablet screen. The last option is to restart your fire tablet. If still, you are facing any issue then you need to replace your tablet.


Audio problem: If you are having any problem with your audio then check your headphone and speaker. Restart the device. Check the volume of the device. Check the jack of the headphone.


Frozen screen problem: If you are downloading any app suddenly the screen stop responding and then waits for the downloading to complete. If still there is an issue that closes all the apps that you are not using at that time.
